Edition 2025 — Ortucchio Threshing

The third edition of the Threshing Re-enactment took place on Sunday, August 10, 2025, at the Ortucchio pond, from 9:30 AM until evening. Organized by Pro Loco Ortigia, the day featured an exhibition of vintage agricultural machinery and tractors, traditional threshing demonstrations, a tractor obstacle course with plowing, street food with fried frogs, and live music. Free admission for families and enthusiasts.

Threshing Re-enactment 2025

The third edition of the Threshing Re-enactment was held on Sunday, August 10, 2025, on the shores of the Ortucchio pond, in the province of L'Aquila, organized by Pro Loco Ortigia with free admission.

The day's program opened at 9:30 AM with the exhibition of agricultural machinery and vintage tractors, followed at 11:00 AM by a demonstration of threshing as it was done in the past. In the afternoon, at 4:30 PM, the tractor obstacle course and plowing with vintage tractors took place. In the evening, from 7:30 PM, the festival continued with street food and fried frogs, live music, and karaoke with the group I Vittorio, blending rural tradition and fun on the lake shores.
