Edition 2025 — Gubbio Christmas Tree

The 2025 edition of the World's Largest Christmas Tree was lit on December 7, 2025, on Mount Ingino in Gubbio, remaining illuminated until January 11, 2026. Hundreds of colored lights and the large star at the Basilica of Sant'Ubaldo lit up Christmas in Gubbio.

In 2025, the slope of Mount Ingino once again transformed into the World's Largest Christmas Tree, with the official lighting on December 7th, the eve of the Immaculate Conception. The hundreds of colored lights, connected by thousands of meters of cables, drew the usual giant silhouette that rises from the walls of Gubbio to the Basilica of Sant'Ubaldo, where the star of over a thousand square meters shone.

The illumination remained visible every evening until January 11, 2026, accompanying the city's Christmas initiatives and the 'Adopt a light' campaign. As every year, the work was entirely created and maintained by volunteers, confirming the strong bond between the tree and the identity of the Eugubinian community.
