Edition 2025 — Valle del Gigante Bianco

The 20th edition of The Valley of the White Giant was held in Bettolle di Sinalunga (SI) over three weekends, from May 30 to June 8, 2025. The festival dedicated to the Chianina breed featured open stables, sensory workshops, tastings, and, as a grand finale, the re-enactment of a peasant wedding in Piazza Garibaldi.

The 20th edition of The Valley of the White Giant took place in Bettolle, a village in the municipality of Sinalunga (Province of Siena), over three weekends: May 30-31, June 1-2, and June 6-8, 2025.

The program included visits to Chianina cattle farms, the "Getting to Know the Chianina" sensory workshop at Villa Olda, and tastings at the Osteria della Chianina with stands open for lunch and dinner. The grand finale took place on Monday, June 2, with the re-enactment of the 1950s peasant wedding: starting at 12:00 PM in Piazza Garibaldi, the bride and groom's processions paraded through the village streets.
