Edition 2025 — Tavolate di San Giuseppe

The 2025 edition of the Tavolate di San Giuseppe in Lercara Friddi took place on March 18th and 19th. In the town's churches and courtyards, traditional tables were set up, laden with votive breads, cannoli, cassate, pignolata, and fried vegetables. March 18th featured the evocative re-enactment of the Holy Family's journey in period costumes, while part of the food offerings was donated to the local Caritas.

2025 Edition

The Tavolate di San Giuseppe took place in Lercara Friddi on March 18 and 19, 2025. Confraternities, associations, and families set up votive tables in the churches and historic courtyards, laden with votive breads, cannoli, cassate, pignolata, sfince, broccoli, and fried cardoons.

Throughout the day on March 18, preceded by the roll of drums, the re-enactment of the Holy Family in period costumes was renewed, with visits to the tables set up in town. The festival, promoted by the Municipality of Lercara Friddi, also confirmed its charitable character: part of the food and offerings was delivered to the local Caritas for the neediest families.
