Edition 2025 — The Taste of Pollino

The tenth edition of Il Gusto del Pollino took place from October 11 to November 9, 2025, at the Viggianello Municipal Amphitheater, every weekend, featuring mushrooms, chestnuts, cured meats, cheeses, and typical Lucanian dishes.

The 2025 edition of Il Gusto del Pollino, the tenth, animated Viggianello from October 11 to November 9, every weekend, at the "E. Morricone" Municipal Amphitheater. The Pollino village transformed into a showcase of autumn flavors: mushrooms, chestnuts, cured meats, cheeses, honey, and traditional Lucanian peasant dishes. Alongside tastings, visitors could browse markets for local products and crafts and participate in food workshops, with events on Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings.
