Edition 2025 — The Night of Dances

The first edition of La Notte delle Danze debuted in 2025 in Sogliano al Rubicone, inaugurating this new event within the Monti Orfici series by Teatro Zigoia. A micro-festival dedicated to European folk dances, with afternoon workshops and a dance party open to the entire community, focused on balfolk and traditional music.

In 2025, the first edition of La Notte delle Danze kicked off in Sogliano al Rubicone, in the Province of Forlì-Cesena. The event introduced an evening entirely dedicated to European folk dance, balfolk, capable of uniting people and rediscovering the roots of traditions, into the Monti Orfici series program.

Even in this first edition, the formula alternated dance workshops, designed to introduce young and old to traditional dance, with an open dance party for everyone, featuring live music and an invitation to dance together. The success of the debut paved the way for the second edition in 2026.
