Edition 2025 — Flower Festival

The 2025 edition of the Flower Festival along The Herb and Flower Trail brought the Massarosa area to life with walks through lavender, lotus flowers, and medicinal herbs, excursions on Lake Massaciuccoli, and local product tastings. A now-consolidated event dedicated to slow tourism and exploring the agricultural landscape of Versilia.

In June 2025, the Flower Festival confirmed its formula as a widespread experiential itinerary, with farms and gardens in Massarosa open to visitors. Among the most appreciated stops were the lavender fields, the lotus flower cultivations along the bike path, and the Butterfly Garden.

Activities included guided walking and cycling tours, excursions on Lake Massaciuccoli, and tastings of local products, in a weekend dedicated to nature and sustainable tourism organized by the Associazione Versilia Verdelago APS.
