Edition 2025 — Pig Festival
The 2025 edition of the Pig Festival took place on Sunday, November 9, 2025, in the historic center of Brisighella, opening the calendar of the four gastronomic Sundays in November.
From 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, along the village streets, pork butchers offered traditional specialties: hot ciccioli (pork cracklings), head cheese, hams, sausages, and the characteristic migliaccio, featuring the Mora Romagnola. The day was enlivened by live music, markets for typical products from the Romagna hills, and the atmosphere of the medieval village. The event was organized by the Pro Loco of Brisighella.
