Edition 2025 — The Cheesemaker's Herbs

The 2025 edition of Le Erbe del Casaro animated the municipalities of Altobrembo with excursions among alpine herbs, visits to dairies, tastings of DOP cheeses and Slow Food Presidia, workshops, and gastronomic events, with the participation of the Municipality of Mezzoldo.

In 2025, Le Erbe del Casaro confirmed its formula as a widespread festival, enhancing the link between wild herbs and alpine cheeses in the Alta Val Brembana. The eleven municipalities of Altobrembo, including Mezzoldo, hosted guided excursions, visits to social dairies, tastings, workshops, and family-friendly activities.

Promoted by Slow Food Valli Orobiche, the festival once again offered a journey into the cheesemaking and botanical culture of the Bergamo valleys, highlighting excellent products and traditional local knowledge.
