Edition 2025 — The Cheesemaker's Herbs
In 2025, Le Erbe del Casaro once again enlivened the villages of the Upper Brembana Valley, including Valtorta, with two weekends dedicated to wild herbs and mountain cheeses: visits to dairies, tastings, excursions, and workshops, in a widespread event by Altobrembo and Slow Food.
The 2025 edition of The Cheesemaker's Herbs offered the usual journey between nature and gastronomy in Altobrembo. Between Valtorta and the other municipalities of the Upper Brembana Valley, visitors could discover the cheesemaking tradition, gather and identify wild herbs, and participate in tastings and excursions, in a late May dedicated to the mountain flavors of the Orobie Alps.
