Edition 2025 — The Castle of Taste
In 2025, Il Castello del Gusto once again brought wines and local flavours to Bonoris Castle in Montichiari. A tasting evening with wineries, breweries, and producers of typical Brescianspecialities, promoted by Colli dei Longobardi Wine Route with the Municipality, Slow Food, and Radio Bruno Brescia.
The 2025 edition of Il Castello del Gusto confirmed the meeting between food and wine and the beauty of the place at Bonoris Castle in Montichiari. Local wineries, craft breweries, and producers of cured meats and cheeses offered tastings in the castle's halls and Italian garden, in an evening promoted by Colli dei Longobardi Wine Route with the Municipality, Slow Food, and Radio Bruno Brescia.
