2025 Edition
On Wednesday, August 13, 2025, the community of Pila ai Piani, a district of the Municipality of Frigento in the province of Avellino, gathered for the Thanksgiving Festival. The venue for the event was the «Tre Masserie» square, a suggestive space with a strong identity, historically linked to the threshing festival.
The program, promoted by the Maria Santissima Immacolata Parish, began at 7:00 PM with the prayer of the Holy Rosary and continued with the celebration of Holy Mass and the blessing of agricultural machinery; followed by a moment of celebration for the residents of the district.
The guiding theme of the edition was gratitude toward the Holy Trinity and the Blessed Virgin Mary at the end of the wheat harvest, with the declared goal of passing on the rural roots of this corner of Irpinia to the new generations.
