Edition 2025 — Terre e Cibo
Cavour Carne 2025: the 25th edition
The 2025 edition of the festival, the last to bear the name Cavour Carne before evolving into Terre e Cibo, celebrated the twenty-fifth anniversary of the festival dedicated to Piedmontese beef in Cavour. The event opened on Wednesday, April 23, with the conference "Beef cattle farming - future perspectives" in the Town Hall.
The program culminated on Friday, April 25, with the Grand Spring Fair, featuring about twenty exhibitors at the regional livestock exhibition organized with ARAP and around a hundred stalls along the streets of the center. Highlights included the traditional dinner, the exhibition of vintage tractors and motorcycles, and the meeting "Discovering the Piedmontese in all its facets" at the Ala del Peso in Piazza Solferino.
