Terrassa Padovana Flavors and Traditions Festival

The 2025 edition, the 19th, of the Flavors and Traditions Festival was held from September 18 to 21 at Parco Gasparotto in Terrassa Padovana (Padua). The food stand offered a rich menu of Venetian tradition — bigoli in sauce, donkey stew, tastasae, trippa alla veneta, baccalà alla vicentina, polenta and herring, beans in sauce — while the Origini Contadine group animated the festival with the re-enactment of old-time crafts. On Sunday, as tradition dictates, the market featured local products, crafts, and the protagonists of the agricultural world of the past.
