Terra Nostra - Flavours to Save

The Terra Nostra - Flavours to Save festival took place in autumn at the Palaterme in Fiuggi, confirming its format: not just any trade fair, but a showcase dedicated to Ciociaria products at risk of disappearing.

The exhibition path brought together local agri-food companies, accompanied by a chestnut festival with roasted chestnuts, wine, and music, tastings of freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil, and pairings of traditional Ciociarian dishes with local wines, starting with Cesanese. There was no shortage of folkloric group performances and an area dedicated to peasant civilization, with an exhibition of tools and work equipment from the past.
