The 2025 Medieval Festival
In 2025, the Terra de Vajrani Medieval Festival took place on Saturday, August 9th and Sunday, August 10th, occupying the central weekend of the Vairano summer. The historic center of Vairano Patenora was set up as usual along a medieval route winding through alleys, arches, and stairways of the old town, with torches lit to replace modern lighting.
In this edition as well, roaming artists enlivened the town's small squares, and the taverns set up by the Pro Loco Vairano Patenora volunteers offered traditional rural dishes from the Alto Casertano. The event confirmed its role as a reference point among historical re-enactments in the province of Caserta, Campania.
The following edition is scheduled for August 8th and 9th, 2026.
