Edition 2025 — Tavole di San Giuseppe

In 2025, the Tavole di San Giuseppe in Lizzano took place on March 18th and 19th, with the main hub in Piazza Matteotti and throughout the town.

Tavole di San Giuseppe 2025

The 2025 edition of the festival confirmed itself as one of the most attended events in Lizzano, in the province of Taranto. The votive tables, set up with white tablecloths and symbolic dishes of Apulian tradition, were open for viewing on the afternoon of March 18th, with free admission.

The blessing of the tables and the subsequent procession from the church of San Nicola, enlivened by the brass band, gave voice to the devotional dimension of the festival, while in the evening, traditional bonfires were lit in the streets of the town, following a ritual rooted in local folk culture.
