Edition 2025 — Sardine Festival

In 2025, the Pro Loco of Tavernola Bergamasca also hosted the Sardine Festival in the Gallinarga area in July. Lake sardine with polenta, fried bleak, and fish fillets were served, with dancing nights accompanied by an orchestra, in one of the most popular summer events on the Bergamo side of Lake Iseo.

The 2025 edition of the Sardine Festival enlivened the Gallinarga area of Tavernola Bergamasca (BG) in July, organized by the Pro Loco. The tried-and-tested formula brought back the Sebino lake fish – sardine with polenta, bleak, fillets – and the dancing nights with an orchestra.

As every year, the festival attracted residents and visitors of Lake Iseo, confirming its role as a key summer event for the community of Tavernola and the Lower Sebino.
