Edition 2025 — District Festival
In the summer of 2025, the Tavarnelle District Festival confirmed its vocation as a participatory folk festival, with the town's four districts—Bosco alla Doccia, Fondaccio, Borghetto, and Centro—starring in costume parades, games, and evenings in the square in the historic center of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, in the Municipality of Barberino Tavarnelle.
The 2025 edition of the Tavarnelle District Festival enlivened the town's historic center as per tradition, in the heart of the Florentine Chianti. The four districts—Bosco alla Doccia, Fondaccio, Borghetto, and Centro—competed in themed costume parades, folk games, and gastronomic evenings, involving a large part of the Barberino Tavarnelle community in an atmosphere of celebration and healthy competition typical of Tuscan summers.
