Edition 2025 — Taste

The 2025 edition of Taste took place at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence, confirming the Pitti Immagine fair as a benchmark for food and wine excellence. Approximately 810 exhibiting companies enlivened the Taste Tour between savory and sweet flavors, the Taste Spirits section, and meetings dedicated to food culture, accompanied by the FuoriDiTaste program spread across the city's venues.

Taste 2025

The 2025 edition of Taste was held at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence, bringing together approximately 810 exhibiting companies including Italian and international producers. The Taste Tour guided visitors through the pavilions of savory and sweet flavors, with the Taste Spirits section dedicated to artisanal spirits.

In 2025, the fair was also accompanied by meetings on gastronomic culture and the rich FuoriDiTaste program, with tastings, dinners, and events spread throughout the historic center of Florence, confirming the formula that unites the fair and the city.
