Taste Festival

In 2025, the Taste Festival once again brought Prato Sesia, in the Province of Novara, to life with evenings dedicated to fine food and conviviality. The program alternated between traditional Piedmontese menus and more international dishes — from Valencian paella with sangria during the pink and Latin night, to spatzle with grilled sausage, and ravioli served on Sunday. The event concluded with the patronal celebrations of Saint Bernard, featuring the morning Holy Mass and the traditional lunch at noon by reservation. Organized by the Pro Loco, the event confirmed its vocation as a community festival, where local flavors, music, and entertainment intertwine in the parish park.
