The eighth edition of the Taste Fair

The 2025 edition of the Taste Fair, the eighth, took place on Saturday, July 26, 2025, in Colle di Tora, on the shores of Lake Turano. The event marked the restart of the Pro Loco of Colle di Tora, newly reconstituted under the presidency of Giuliano Picchi, which organized the event with the patronage of the Municipality.

Along the food and wine trail through the alleys of the historic center, visitors were able to taste panzanella, beans with pork rinds, maccheroni all'ajo crudo, pizza, grilled meat, fried pizza, watermelon, and ricotta with honey, along with the essential wine corner. From 5:30 PM, the evening was enlivened by live music with La Casa del Direttore and the Menestrelli del Cicolano, while games for children involved families in a festive atmosphere overlooking the lake.
