TartuFestival — Nebrodi Truffle Festival

TartuFestival 2025 — 3rd Edition

The third edition of the TartuFestival was held on December 7 and 8, 2025, in Santa Domenica Vittoria. On Sunday, December 7, the event opened at 10:30 AM with greetings from Mayor Nunzio Spartà and the presentation of the book "Mascarati" by Enzo Basso and Fabrizio Berté. From 11:00 AM, the food and craft stalls opened, while the afternoon was enlivened by Sicilian folk music from Calicò Folk, stilt walkers from the Compagnia Joculares, and swing music from the Mizzica Band.

On Monday, December 8, the program included the conference "The Art of the Truffle" with Prof. Gianrico Vasquez (University of Catania), folklore from the group Il Meliuso, and, from 3:00 PM, a cooking show with chef Filippo Lembo dedicated to truffle recipes, as part of "Sicily, European Region of Gastronomy 2025", in addition to entertainment by Circo Ramingo. Upon reservation, the Pro Loco organized trekking, quad bike excursions, and paintball in the Nebrodi mountains.
