Edition 2025 — Targa di Capitanata

The 35th edition of the Targa di Capitanata took place from May 30 to June 1, 2025, with 50 ASI-certified historic cars on a route of about 250 kilometers. Departure from Foggia and itinerary through Manfredonia, Monte Sant'Angelo, the Foresta Umbra, Peschici, and Vieste; cars built from 1930 to 1998 were admitted.

Targa di Capitanata 2025 — 35th edition

The thirty-fifth edition of the Targa di Capitanata was held from May 30 to June 1, 2025, organized by the Autoclub Storico Dauno with the patronage of the Puglia Region and the municipalities of Foggia, Mattinata, Monte Sant'Angelo, and Peschici. At the start, 50 historic vehicles certified by ASI, mostly open-top, on a scenic route of about 250 kilometers.

The event kicked off in Foggia with a static display of vintage cars on Via Lanza, before reaching the jewels of the Gargano: Manfredonia, Monte Sant'Angelo with its spiritual and architectural heritage, the green Foresta Umbra in the heart of the Gargano National Park, and finally Peschici and Vieste. Vehicles built between 1930 and 1998 were eligible to participate.

  • Static display of historic cars on Via Lanza in Foggia
  • Departure of the first crew in the afternoon towards Manfredonia, passing through the city center

Saturday, May 31, 2025

  • Route through Monte Sant'Angelo, the Foresta Umbra, Peschici, and Vieste

Sunday, June 1, 2025

  • Final trials and award ceremony for the crews
