Tarallo Festival

The 2025 Tarallo Festival, now in its second edition following the success of its 2024 debut (over 12,000 visitors), animated Palo del Colle on June 21 and 22 with more exhibitors, more artists, and growing participation. The historic center, from Piazza Roosevelt to Piazza Matteotti, hosted stalls from bakeries and local producers, alongside workshops dedicated to taralli, pasta, beer, wine, and oil.

The event, promoted by the Municipality of Palo del Colle with the patronage of the Puglia Region and the collaboration of the Pro Loco, Confesercenti, Confcommercio, and the Urban Commerce District, combined the promotion of local products with evening entertainment, including live music, DJ sets, and activities for children. The most anticipated moment was the concert by the Popular Orchestra of the Notte della Taranta, which brought the Salento pizzica to the square.

Saturday, June 21

• 18:30 — Opening conference and inauguration of the Festival
• 19:30 — Workshops dedicated to taralli, pasta, beer, wine, and oil
• 20:00 — Musical entertainment with REC Radio & Community
• 21:00 — Comedy show with Antonella Genga and Umberto Sardella
• Followed by — DJ set

Sunday, June 22

• 19:30 — Experiential workshops and guided tastings
• 20:00 — Live music with the Swing 31 group
• 21:00 — Concert by the Popular Orchestra "La Notte della Taranta"
• Followed by — Closing DJ set

Throughout the festival: stalls featuring artisanal taralli, extra virgin olive oils, local wines, craft beers, cheeses, almonds, and local specialties, with artisans, street performers, and experiential moments for all ages.
