Taormina Asian Fest

The Taormina Asian Fest is a recently conceived event: its first edition is scheduled for 2026 at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Taormina, in the province of Messina. In 2025, the festival had not yet been held, but the idea of an event dedicated to contemporary Asian cultures, featuring street food, music, and the K-pop Night, found the ideal setting in Taormina to debut on the Sicilian summer scene.

The choice of Taormina, one of Sicily's most famous tourist destinations, reflects the desire to bring an international format to Southern Italy capable of showcasing the cultures of Korea, Japan, China, and the Philippines. The Ionian city, with its Teatro Antico and its dedication to hospitality, is positioning itself to become a reference point for fans of Eastern culture.
