Talos Festival

The 2025 edition of the Talos Festival filled the squares of Ruvo di Puglia (BA) for three days, confirming its successful formula of music, art, and experimentation with free admission.

The festival opened on Friday, September 12, with the dance performance WHERE_action 1 at the Book Museum Atrium, followed by the Orchestre Tout Puissant Marcel Duchamp in Piazza Matteotti. Saturday, September 13, featured trombonist Gianluca Petrella with his Cosmic Renaissance project. The closing day, Sunday, September 14, saw the Banda Talos, conducted by Maestro Rino Campanale, perform a tribute to Pino Daniele at noon, followed by an evening concert by Frankie Hi-Nrg Mc with drummer Donato Stolfi.

The event was promoted by the Municipality of Ruvo di Puglia and organized with Bass Culture srl, with co-financing from the Apulia Region.

• 12:00 — Piazza Matteotti: Banda Talos of Ruvo di Puglia, conducted by Maestro Rino Campanale, tribute to Pino Daniele
• 19:00 — Book Museum Atrium / House of Culture: WHERE_action 3, music by Gilberto Bufi and Luca Tomasicchio
• 19:30 — Cloister of the former Dominican convent: Human Ensemble, "Arts and Crafts"
• 21:00 — Piazza Matteotti: Frankie Hi-Nrg Mc and Donato Stolfi — "Voice and Drums"
