In 2025, Tallner Sunntig brought the Hirzer hiking area to life from Sunday, May 4 to Sunday, October 5, on the first Sunday of each month. The huts welcomed hikers and families with rich and authentic menus — canederli, Schlutzkrapfen, cold cut platters, and homemade desserts — animated by live music, games, raffles, and fun theatrical interludes.
As per tradition, the Hirzer Cable Car, the Verdins-Tall Cable Car, and the Grube Chairlift offered discounted fares, facilitating access to the huts overlooking Merano and the Passiria Valley.
