Edition 2025 — Tajarin Festival

The 2025 edition of the Tajarin Festival took place in Roaschia on Sunday, September 14, with the usual formula combining gastronomy, a market, and music. The stars were the handmade tajarin of the Roaschia tradition, served during the communal lunch organized by the Pro Loco, accompanied in the afternoon by live music that enlivened the Valle Gesso village.

On Sunday, September 14, 2025, Roaschia celebrated its Tajarin Festival, an unmissable event in the gastronomic autumn of the Valle Gesso, in the province of Cuneo. Organized by the Pro Loco Roaschia, the day featured a lunch based on the famous handmade tajarin, accompanied by local appetizers and desserts.

In the streets of the historic center, the market of typical and artisanal products welcomed visitors, while in the afternoon, the festivities continued with plenty of live music. A Sunday dedicated to taste and conviviality that confirmed the deep bond between the village and its signature dish.
