Edition 2025 — Tagliatella Festival

In 2025, the Tagliatella Festival was held in Poggio Berni (Poggio Torriana, RN) on the weekend of July 18, 19, and 20, at the Area Teatro Aperto. The Pro Loco Poggio Berni offered the traditional handmade tagliatelle in three versions, along with piadina and grilled meat, with the stand open every evening from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM and evenings of music and dancing with free admission.

The 2025 edition of the Tagliatella Festival took place from July 18 to 20 at the Area Teatro Aperto in Poggio Berni, a hamlet of Poggio Torriana in the province of Rimini. In 2025, the 'azdore' of the Pro Loco also rolled out the traditional Romagna pasta dough by hand, serving tagliatelle with ragù, vegetables, and cheese, accompanied by piadina, grilled meat, and wine from the Valmarecchia hills.

Each evening, with free admission, was enlivened by live music and folk dancing, confirming the genuine formula of the Romagna village festival.
