Edition 2025 — Tagliarille e Fascile

In 2025, Montazzoli once again renewed its summer appointment with the Tagliarille e Fascile Festival, the celebration dedicated to the peasant dish of pasta and beans with pork rinds. Following a tradition spanning over thirty years, the event took place in August in the center of the Chieti village, featuring evening food stalls, tastings of local specialties, fine wine, and nights of music and dancing in the square, as part of the Estate Montazzolese program.

The Tagliarille e Fascile Festival returned in the summer of 2025 to Montazzoli, in the Province of Chieti, confirming a tradition that now spans over thirty editions. The festival, organized by the Associazione Montazzoli in Fest 3-0 with the patronage of the Municipality, showcased the village's signature dish, tagliarille e fascile (pasta and beans with pork rinds), along with other local culinary specialties.

As in previous years, food stalls opened in the evening and the square came alive with live music, dance orchestras, and performances, in a convivial and popular atmosphere that drew visitors from neighboring towns in the Alto Vastese area.
