Edition 2025 — Christmas Village
2025 Edition
The Syracuse Christmas Village was inaugurated on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 5:30 PM at the Villini del Foro Siracusano, along Corso Umberto I, and remained open until January 6, 2026, throughout the holiday period. Promoted by the Municipality of Syracuse through the Department of Productive Activities led by Edy Bandiera, the village transformed the Foro Siracusano into a family-friendly Christmas destination.
The 2025 edition featured a large ice skating rink, a market with huts dedicated to handicrafts and typical Sicilian products, street food stalls, and entertainment activities for children, all framed by Christmas lights. To support local commerce, the administration distributed thousands of free tickets for the ice rink through trade associations. Admission to the village was free.
