Edition 2025 — Swingala

In 2025, Swingala once again brought its traditional September edition to Rome's San Giovanni district. A weekend of Lindy Hop and Authentic Jazz featuring international instructors, level-based workshops, live music, and social dance evenings that attracted dancers from all over Europe and beyond to the capital.

Swingala 2025

The 2025 edition of Swingala took place in September in the San Giovanni district of Rome, confirming the formula that made the festival famous: an intense weekend dedicated to Lindy Hop and Solo Jazz, with level-based workshops, live concerts, DJ sets, and dance parties in venues near the Metro A line.

Organized by the Spirit of St. Louis Roma school, the event brought the international swing community together in a festive atmosphere of sharing, featuring classes with world-renowned teachers and dance evenings that lasted until late at night. A well-established date on the Roman calendar for swing dance enthusiasts.
