Edition 2025 — Sustainable Work
HR departments at the center of change
The 2025 edition, the third of the event, opened at 11:00 AM with a message from the Minister of Labour Marina Elvira Calderone and closed at 5:00 PM under the moderation of Gianni Del Vecchio from HuffPost. In between, a day built by alternating quick plenary sessions and two solution matching sessions at work tables.
Among the morning interventions, the discussion on "new intelligent robots" with Davide Rota, CEO of Tiscali, and Daniele Pucci of the Italian Institute of Technology, followed by the debate on employee participation with Giorgio Graziani of CISL and Francesco Delzio. In the afternoon, Ciro Cafiero for AIDP, Alice Soulie of the Multiversity group, and Lara Ponti for Confindustria spoke on sustainability strategy, while Massimo Temussi of the Ministry of Labour collected the results that emerged from the groups.
The topics addressed touched on the social impact of artificial intelligence, the shortage of STEM professionals, the need for upskilling and reskilling, the expectations of Generation Z, the management of workers over 60, and the renewal of collective bargaining. As always, the event was held in the historic center of Rome, a short walk from the Repubblica metro station.
