Edition 2025 — Supplì Festival

The first Supplì Festival took place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, in the Ponte Milvio square, from 12:00 to 22:00, with free entry. Conceived and funded by the Municipio XV, it brought together nine of the most representative Roman frying establishments alongside natural wines from Ciociaria Naturale, live music, and street artist performances. The final outcome exceeded all expectations: over 15,000 visitors and approximately 12,000 supplì sold in a single day.

The debut on November 8, 2025

From 12:00 to 22:00, the Ponte Milvio square transformed into a large open-air fry shop. On the square were 180gr Pizzeria, I Fritti di Sora Milvia, La Casa del Supplì, La Gatta Mangiona, Pizza e Bolle, Supplizio, Trapizzino, Gli Eroi della Pizza, and Sancho, accompanied by the Ciociaria Naturale association with ten small producers of organic and biodynamic wines from Lazio.

Between the stalls, live concerts and live painting sessions by Roman street artists, including Maupal, alternated with moments of encounter with food artisans. Councilor Tommaso Martelli framed the initiative as a promotion of Roman commerce and craftsmanship.

The result surprised the organizers themselves: over 15,000 attendees and approximately 12,000 supplì sold, with significant queues during peak hours that prompted the Municipio XV to promise a more extensive organization for the future.
