Edition 2025 — Superminifestival

The 18th edition of the Superminifestival of Castellaneta took place from January 3 to 5, 2025, at the "7 Febbraio 1985" Auditorium. Three evenings of singing competition with 15 adult singers and 11 children, for a festival that the organizers described as being of "near-excellent" quality. Part of the funds raised was donated to the Italian Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired of Taranto.

The 18th edition of the Superminifestival, organized by the A.N.S.P.I. "Don Nunzio Picaro" Group with the patronage of the Municipality of Castellaneta, was held from January 3 to 5, 2025, at the "7 Febbraio 1985" Auditorium. Artistic direction and stage management were handled by Piero Giandomenico, with musical direction by maestro Leonardo Scarpetta.

In the Adults category, Rocco Maggi from Laterza triumphed with "Rossetto e caffè", ahead of Michele Rodia (Castellaneta) and the trio from Palagianello composed of Marco Aloisio, Mary Schena, and Giacomo Labalestra. In the Youth category, first place went to sisters Elisabetta and Carlotta Calabrese with "Quello che le donne non dicono", followed by Noemi Petrera and Floriana Semeraro.

As per tradition, the event combined entertainment and solidarity, donating part of the funds raised to the Italian Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired of Taranto.

  • Performance of the 15 singers competing in the Adults category.

Saturday, January 4, 2025

  • Second performance by the adults with a new song; the jury eliminates 7 contestants, leaving 8 finalists.

Sunday, January 5, 2025

  • Final evening with the 8 remaining adult contestants and 11 children with songs and dance routines.
  • Proclamation of the winners in the Adult and Youth categories.
