Superfreefest

The 2025 edition of Superfreefest took place in the evocative setting of the Pieve Vecchia of Santa Maria del Giudice, a village in the Municipality of Lucca. The day, which began in the afternoon, alternated performances, workshops, and moments of reflection on improvised music.

Highlights included the performance by Alessia Anastassopulos on acoustic landscapes, the contribution by Matteo Cenerini between composition and guitar, the free workshop led by Eugenio Sanna, and the reflection by philosopher and music critic Neri Pollastri. The day closed with a concert of improvised performances, where over twenty musicians performed in short sets of a few minutes, formed by random draw.
