Sunset Concert — Under the Same Sky: From Sunset to Night

The summer of 2025 in Cugnoli saw as its central moment the Dawn Concert «A step away from the sky», held on Sunday, August 10 at 5:30 AM in Contrada Andragona. When the first lights of dawn tinged the horizon on the hills of Andragona, with the sea in the background, the timeless melodies of the Nino Rota Ensemble — Marta Porrà (vocals), Giannina Guazzaroni (violin), Federica Torbidoni (flute), and Deborah Vico (piano) — intertwined with the rising sun. The event, organized by Borgo in Movimento ETS, was also the highlight of a fundraiser to support cultural projects for the community, from the «Nati per Leggere» reading program to the local literary café. An optional guided tour of the village's historic center was also available.
