Summer Inspirations

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of Summer Inspirations opened on July 16 in Campitello with a journey to rediscover local history, followed by evening meetings in all the main towns of the Val di Fassa, in the municipality of San Giovanni di Fassa-Sèn Jan, and in other hamlets of the valley. The common thread was the verb "to climb", inspired by the words of mountaineer Walter Bonatti: "The higher one climbs, the further one sees; the further one sees, the longer one dreams."

Among the most anticipated moments were the event on July 22 in Soraga with Antonio Preziosi and his "The Secret Line," the meeting on July 29 in Canazei with the Italian National Sisters' Team and a discussion on sports, faith, and redemption, and the event on August 6 with Archbishop Lauro Tisi and writer-mountaineer Enrico Camanni on "The Sacred Mountain." Alongside the meetings, the festival offered guided tours of the churches of Fassa throughout July and August.
