Sum Sum Fest - Lands, Peoples and Cultures

The 2025 edition of the Sum Sum Fest confirmed Manduria as a reference point for the culture of hospitality and coexistence between peoples in the Taranto Salento. Promoted by the Naturalmente a Sud APS association, the festival brought the city's urban and rural spaces to life with concerts, screenings, meetings, and convivial moments.

During the 2025-2026 biennium, the collective installation "The Giants of Sport" took shape, a work that weaves ceramic tradition and steel with the universal language of sport as an emblem of peace. As per tradition, the evenings combined music, cinema, and food and wine tastings with typical local products, in a journey that values differences as a resource and promotes intercultural education, women's empowerment, and the reduction of inequalities.
