Edition 2025 — Sügeli Festival
In 2025, the Sügeli Festival enlivened the hamlet of Verdeggia, in Triora, with the flour and water dumplings of the White Cuisine, a symbol of the pastoral tradition of the Ligurian Alps, in a remote village of the upper Argentina Valley.
The 2025 edition of the Sügeli Festival brought the authentic flavours of the White Cuisine to Verdeggia. The flour and water dumplings, seasoned according to tradition, attracted visitors to this remote corner of the upper Argentina Valley.
The festival reaffirmed its role as a guardian of a unique gastronomic and pastoral culture, linked to the pastures of the Ligurian Alps.
