Edition 2025 — South Tyrolean Bread and Strudel Market
2025 Edition
The 2025 Südtiroler Brot- und Strudelmarkt was held from Friday, October 3rd, to Sunday, October 5th, 2025, on the Piazza Duomo in Bressanone. The market was open Friday and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The official inauguration on October 3rd at 10:00 AM featured the cutting of a large "Regiolaib" and an apple strudel. Bakeries and pastry shops from all over South Tyrol offered local specialties, accompanied by a rich cultural program with folk music, baking demonstrations, and guided tours. On the final day, as per tradition, the Thanksgiving Mass was celebrated at 10:00 AM in the Bressanone Cathedral with the Cathedral choir.
