The 2025 Fortezza stage
The 2025 edition of the Südtirol Jazzfestival Alto Adige took place from June 27 to July 6, 2025, with over sixty concerts in more than forty different locations across South Tyrol. The municipality of Fortezza/Franzensfeste, in the Isarco Valley, was also among the festival's stops, with a day at the Fortezza Fortress.
On Sunday, June 29, 2025, the fortress offered a program spread across several areas: in the morning, the creative workshop for children Jazz à Collage with Greta Marcolongo; in the afternoon, the interactive family concert Klangkeuken with Lynn Cassiers and Nabou Claerhout in the powder magazine; and finally, in the internal courtyard, the final concert by the band Purple Muscle Car, blending jazz structures, rock elements, and improvisation. An event that combined music, play, and discovery of the monument.
