Südtirol Classic Schenna — Golden Edition

The 2025 Golden Edition brought numerous European crews to Scena/Schenna, above Merano, for five days of driving without a stopwatch. The program included four tours: the Wine Road towards Caldaro (October 1), the loop in the Dolomites with the Erbe (1,982 m) and Gardena (2,121 m) passes and Val Badia (October 2), the tour in Trentino between Val d'Ultimo and the Non plateau (October 3), and the finale in the Merano area with the Salto panorama and gardens (October 4). Among the competing vehicles, a 1956 Mercedes-Benz Ponton 220 S Cabriolet arriving from Portugal stood out. The organization provided routes marked with red arrows, roadside assistance, and convivial evenings, including the traditional Törggelen. The return over the Rombo Pass (2,474 m) also treated the crews to storms, snow, and ice, confirming the adventurous charm of the alpine autumn.
