Edition 2025 — Festa della Zucca

In autumn 2025, the Sùca Barùca col Mòcolo Impissà pumpkin festival once again animated the historic centre of Piove di Sacco with its pumpkin market, agricultural exhibitions, ancient crafts demonstrations, children's carving competition, and pumpkin risotto in the square, accompanied by musical performances.

The 2025 edition of Sùca Barùca col Mòcolo Impissà confirmed the success of the pumpkin festival in Piove di Sacco. The historic centre turned orange with stalls of culinary and artistic pumpkins, exhibitions of farming heritage, a carving competition for children and young people, and pumpkin risotto offered in the square and by the town's restaurants. Organized by the Pro Loco, the event reaffirmed itself as one of the most anticipated autumn events in the Padua region.

Programme

Market-exhibition of pumpkins, vintage agricultural exhibitions, demonstrations of ancient crafts, pumpkin carving competition for children, pumpkin risotto in the square, and musical performances.
