Stuffed Onion Festival

The 2025 edition of the Stuffed Onion Festival took place in the village of San Bernardo d'Ivrea (Turin) at the end of May, following the well-established tradition of the event. This edition also featured the traditional Canavese dinner by reservation, the opening of the food pavilion with Piedmontese cuisine, and musical evenings, all in a convivial atmosphere organized by the Pro Loco San Bernardo.

The stuffed onion, in both its savory and sweet versions, remained the absolute star, alongside other local specialties, confirming the festival's role as one of the most beloved food and wine events in the Canavese region.
