Edition 2025 — Strudà Living Nativity

The 2024-2025 edition of the Strudà Living Nativity took place on the evenings of December 25, 26, and 29, 2024, and January 1, 5, and 6, 2025. In the village of Strudà, a hamlet of Vernole (Lecce), costumed performers animated the Nativity scenes along the traditional path guided by the comet, confirming it as one of the most beloved Christmas traditions in Salento.

The 2024-2025 Christmas edition of the Strudà Living Nativity opened to the public on the evenings of December 25, 26, and 29, 2024, and January 1, 5, and 6, 2025. As per tradition, the village of Strudà, a hamlet of the Municipality of Vernole in the province of Lecce, transformed into a Nativity village animated by shepherds, artisans, centurions, the Three Wise Men, and the Holy Family.

The event, curated by the Nuovi Orizzonti Cultural Association together with local Pro Loco associations, once again featured the path guided by the giant comet through numerous outdoor settings, drawing visitors from all over Salento during the holiday season.
