Strozzapreti and Maremma Specialties Festival

The 2025 edition of the Strozzapreti and Maremma Specialties Festival, the 29th, was held in Sticciano Scalo, a village in the Municipality of Roccastrada (GR), over the weekends of July 5-6 and July 12-13, 2025.

At the multipurpose facility on Via Vecchia, nestled in the cork oak forest, the Pro Loco of Sticciano offered handmade strozzapreti prepared by local cooks every evening from 7:30 PM, accompanied by first courses, meat dishes, and local wines. The evenings were enlivened by live music from 9:00 PM, a market, a funfair, and a children's play area, confirming the success of one of the most popular festivals in the Maremma. Admission was free.
