Edition 2025 — Stritt Street

The third edition of Stritt Street took place on Saturday, September 13, and Sunday, September 14, 2025, transforming the historic center of Candela into a large open-air stage. Two days of street art featuring jugglers, acrobats, clowns, and musicians from Puglia, Italy, and abroad, which attracted thousands of visitors from the very first evening. Free admission and a festive atmosphere in all the village squares.

The third edition of Stritt Street, the Street Artists Festival of Candela (Province of Foggia), was held on September 13 and 14, 2025. The village in the Capitanata region transformed into a widespread stage among alleys and squares, featuring contemporary circus shows, juggling, acrobatics, and live music.

The Argentine artist Ete Clown, well-known to the general public for his participation in «Tu sì que vales», stood out on the city stage, alongside a spectacular attraction like the Giant Piano and breathtaking acrobatic acts. The event, with free admission and supported by PNRR funds and the Ministry of Culture, confirmed the growth of a festival now recognized in the street artist circuit.

Programme

The third edition was spread over two evenings, Saturday, September 13, and Sunday, September 14, 2025, with performances scattered throughout the historic center of Candela starting in the late afternoon.

  • Ete Clown — internationally renowned Argentine artist, known for his participation in «Tu sì que vales», among the festival's protagonists.
  • Giant Piano — a spectacular and interactive attraction featured on the second evening.
  • Descent from the bell tower — an acrobatic performance with athletes rappelling from the bell tower of the Mother Church (Chiesa Matrice).
  • Juggling, acrobatics, comedy, and music performances with artists from Puglia, Italy, and abroad along the streets and squares of the village.

The artistic direction was curated in collaboration with the Compagnia Tre di Danè. All performances were free of charge.
