Edition 2025 — Stretto Pride

The fifth edition of Stretto Pride took place in Messina on Saturday, June 7, 2025, with the slogan "Universally real". Promoted by Arcigay Makwan with the support of the Municipality of Messina and the Caronte & Tourist group, the event colored the city center with rainbow flags. The gathering began in Piazza Antonello, from where the parade started, crossing the main streets of the city to Piazza Unione Europea.

Stretto Pride 2025

The fifth edition of Stretto Pride was held in Messina on Saturday, June 7, 2025, with the slogan "Universally real". The event, promoted by Arcigay Makwan with the support of the Municipality of Messina and the Caronte & Tourist group, saw participants gather in Piazza Antonello at 4:30 PM.

At 5:30 PM, the parade set off, accompanied by a truck, traveling along Corso Cavour, Via Tommaso Cannizzaro, and the west side of Via Garibaldi, until reaching Piazza Unione Europea, where the celebration concluded around 9:00 PM. The day of the parade was preceded by Pride Week, featuring meetings, performances, and in-depth discussions. Among the events were the "Portinaie" drag show aboard the Pietro Mondello ship and the rainbow illumination of Palazzo Zanca, the City Hall, from June 4th to 8th.
